The objectives of Mozilla Mission
The main objective behind the Mozilla project or mission is the take care & protect the various kinds of various desires & preferences of the net users & gives more emphasis on the improvement of the web browser on the internet. So Mozilla project is dedicated to this mission by implementing the various principles of the Mozilla Manifesto. In this article, we are going to discuss the mission of the Mozilla.
The declaration that was made by the Netscape Communication was the part of the Mozilla mission. On 23rd January 1998, there was two essential declaration made by the Netscape Communication.
These two announcements were firstly, there should be no charge for accessing the product of the Netscape communication. Secondly, the source code which was supplied by the Netscape Communication for the net users would be free of cost.
The source code: There was the release of the source code for the net user by the Netscape Communication on 31st March, 1998.After releasing this product or the source for the net users, there should be necessity to make this code more functional & inventive. This was necessary for the improvement of that source code product.
Mozilla: Also, there was a need to interconnect & bring together the whole planned modifications which was made by the various developers. There was a one name, which was the original code name of the product of the Netscape Navigator. That name was Mozilla. In addition, Mozilla has the original code name of the product of the Netscape Communicator. After some period, it was also the original name for the Netscape Communications Corporation.
Mozilla as a Trademark: All the rights, which were related to the trademarks of the names like Netscape, Navigator & Communicator was in the hand of Netscape Communication.So the name Mozilla is used as the main trademark for presenting the Foundation & it is used as the authorized release of the client software related to internet. This client software was developed by the Netscape Communication Organization. Also, this internet client software was developed as the open source project.
Mozilla Organization: It is a group agreement to act as the fundamental meeting place for the Mozilla code. That group is supervised by the Mozilla Foundation. We will provide a central point of contact and community for those interested in using or improving the source code.

In addition, there will be control on the discussion forum like mailing lists & newsgroup. The Mozilla Organization is not related with basic coding. The Mozilla Organization will responsible to organize& manage the list of the viruses. It will also responsible to make some information for advertising purpose. Also, this Mozilla Organization will responsible to supply roadmap to the code and to projects, which are rely on this code.
