Mozilla Firefox was probably the first web browsing software application to offer an inbuilt download manager to all its end users. It is commonly known that the Internet is a treasure house that contains all kinds of stuff. At any single point of time, thousands and thousands of persons are downloading different kinds of files from the internet to their own hard disk. People have the habit of downloading songs, videos, files and other data from the internet.

After ceasing the download, the end user could perform other tasks on the internet and once the tasks were completed, he or she could resume the download.
The best part was that the download would not start from the beginning and but from the point when it was stopped. This enabled the end user to download data from the internet without any fear of network resources over utilization. Mozilla Firefox has always been popular for being a very user friendly web browsing software application.
