Should JavaScript be integrated with Mozilla Firefox?? What is your take on this??

One of the hottest topics of discussion amongst all the users of Mozilla Firefox is whether JavaScript should be included as an integral part of Mozilla Firefox. I do not think that I need to tell you that every user Mozilla Firefox has an opinion on this.

There are many people who are completely in favor of the integration of Mozilla Firefox and JavaScript. I know many users of Mozilla Firefox who are irritated with the fact that have to download JavaScript from the Internet, rather they have to download something as bulky as JavaScript from the Internet after having installed Mozilla Firefox on their computer.

There also are pretty upset at the fact that the download of JavaScript is rendered useless in case the hard disk of their computer crashes or they are in forced to uninstall Mozilla Firefox from their computers. Further, they point out that JavaScript is something that is essential for the functioning of any web browsing software application today. Hence, they argue that in such a scenario, it is essential for JavaScript to be integrated with Mozilla Firefox. They are of the opinion that JavaScript should be offered with the setup file of Mozilla Firefox itself.

The more I think about it, the more I am forced to concede that all these people to have a point. I think the whole idea of downloading files from the Internet is extremely unfair on all those web surfers who connect to the Internet using Mozilla Firefox.

Asking all dial up connection users to download something as bulky as a JavaScript from the Internet will be very unfair indeed. Sometimes I think downloading Mozilla Firefox and making it completely functional is more expensive for a person using dialup internet connection than it would be if he or she were to opt for the purchase of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer
