Mozilla Firefox has justified the faith of its end users by protecting them from viruses and Trojans!!

There is no doubt that the World Wide Web is full of undesirable web sites and undesirable web pages. The onus is upon the end user of the web browsing software application to avoid visiting such web sites and web pages that may cause harm to the computer of the end user. However, there is always the possibility of the end user of the web browsing software application being forced to visit a web page that he or she does not want to and which may be undesirable and harmful to his or her computer. In such a scenario, it is expected that the web browsing software application incorporate sufficient security features to protect of the web page from attacking the computer of the end user. One of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer’s biggest failures has been the fact that it does not been successful in securing the computer of the end user. As far as web browsing software applications go, the performance of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer was considered to be satisfactory until the Firefox web browsing software application came along. However, the security measures incorporated into Microsoft’s Internet Explorer had always been a point of a complaint. These and many other security concerns were the primary reason why the end users of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer were very glad when the Firefox web browsing software applications came along. Today, the Firefox web browsing software application has justified the confidence placed by its end users. And it seems it would do so in the future as well.
