Merely running the setup of Mozilla Firefox does not mean the work is done
Although the entire process of downloading and installation of Mozilla Firefox did not take more than fifteen minutes, merely downloading and installing the setup file of Mozilla Firefox does not imply that the installation of Mozilla Firefox is complete. It is essential that you download and install certain other extensions, plug-ins and accessories for the installation of Mozilla Firefox to be completed. I found it essential to install and run plug- ins that enabled me to run JavaScript on my computer.
That I could not run JavaScript on my Mozilla Firefox web browsing software application was a major irritant. It obstructed me from taking advantage of the benefits offered by Mozilla Firefox. I opted for the offline installation procedure of JavaScript. The entire file was about six MB in size. However, I decided to download the whole setup file for two primary reasons. Many times, I had opted for the online installation of JavaScript only to discover that my computer hung up after some time. The end result was that not only was my entire effort wasted but I still had to work with Mozilla Firefox that did not support JavaScript.
Further, I thought it would be a smart thing to do to have the setup file of JavaScript update on my computer at all times. There was no guarantee that the online installation files would survive a computer breakdown. I was lucky that the traffic on the web server of my Internet service provider was not very high. With a fairly good speed of download, the entire download of the JavaScript installation file was completed in twenty minutes.
The installation of JavaScript took another ten minutes. Once JavaScript was installed, I was in a position to start working with Mozilla Firefox. I had no problem with the fact that other plug-ins and extensions had to be installed as I worked.
