In the end, the web browser that has the maximum allies will win. Watch out Mozilla!!
I will have to say it even though I do not like it. As much as the devotees of Mozilla Firefox believe that their web browsing software application is the best one in the world and that alone is enough to make it the most popular web browsing software application in the world, the truth is that Mozilla Firefox will have to adapt itself to the rapidly changing market if it wishes to survive, let alone succeed.
In my opinion, the only way Mozilla Firefox can stay ahead of the market and take on Microsoft’s Internet Explorer is to find as many allies as possible. There are two ways of capturing the market.
One is to work very hard and capture the market yourself. The other is to find allies and become partners with individuals who have a strong command over the market. If you are alone, only your share in the market is considered as your share. If you have allies in the market, the share of all the allies will be considered in your name when it comes to judging your capability to take on the market. Today, in the commercial world, allies are called partners.
Ever so often, one hears a big multinational corporation entering into a joint venture or alliance or a partnership with another corporation. More often than not, the agreement that they hammer out is one that is mutually beneficial to each other. In my opinion, Mozilla Firefox must do something like that to keep up its rapid progress in the campaign against Microsoft Internet Explorer.
There was a time when Mozilla Firefox had to take on Microsoft Internet Explorer only upon the quality of the web browsing software application. However today, that web browsing software application will win in this race to capture the market which has can cobble up as many partnerships as possible
