Here is a simple question- Why is Mozilla Firefox so popular??
It is amazing how a seemingly simple question can have so many answers. This is the shortest question that I have ever written as the title of my post. However, it is not surprising at all that the answer to this question is one of the longest answers that I have ever written.
Why is Mozilla Firefox so popular? One of the biggest problems that I face in answering this question is- Where do I begin? It would not be an exaggeration to say that there are so many reasons for the popularity of Mozilla Firefox that one takes quite a lot of time to choose the answer to begin with.
Before answering the question, I must point out that there are many reasons behind the popularity of Mozilla Firefox. Further, each and every person has his or her own reasons for liking or disliking Mozilla Firefox. While this is true for all computer related software applications, it is more than true for Mozilla Firefox.
Since Mozilla Firefox has mostly been developed by the users of Internet themselves, since Mozilla Firefox was introduced to provide the surfers of the Internet with a web browsing software application that responds to their needs and requirements, each and every person will have a unique reason to criticize or admire Mozilla Firefox.
You can be rest assured that I am not going to get into a debate on whether the reason for which you like Mozilla Firefox is indeed a valid reason or not. I am sensible enough to understand that there is no universal definition of the term ‘valid’ and there is no guarantee that the reason that seems logical to me will sound logical to you as well. Hence, I will merely attempt to classify the various reasons why Mozilla Firefox is so popular amongst the surfers of the Internet. To rank these reasons is a task I prefer to avoid
