Window with web browsing traits in Firefox and IE:
In both of the windows of Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer, the window design is almost identical excluding some options. The window design of both web browsers is incorporated with title bar, menu bar, toolbar, location bar, search bar, main web page and status bar.
Title bar: We see this primary option on the upper area of the window of the Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. the title bar shows the title of the of the web page, site, URL of the site, web browsing links and various web browsing titles regarding images, wallpapers and database. So by using the title bar, the user can know which web browsing application of Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer, he is running or accessing on the internet. On every web browser window, the title bar is the integral part for web page designing.
Menu bar: This is the second-most important part of the web browser window of Mozilla Firefox and IE. This Menu bar is used to activate various web browsing skills or functions, which are essential for web browsing. Briefly, this Menu bar is used to open and close the web page of any site, URL, web links and by using this Menu bar, a user can make various editing modifications by using these menus in the Menu bar. In fact, the Menu bar is one kind of asset for the web users, which makes the Firefox, IE and other web browser’s web accessing user friendly.
Menus on the Menu bar: The Menu bar in almost all browsers is incorporated with various types of menus. In Mozilla Firefox, we can see menus like File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools and Help menu. On other hand, in Internet Explorer, we can see only six menus on the Menu bar of the IE, which are File, Edit, View, Tools and Help menu. In the IE, instead of Bookmarks menu of Firefox, the Favorites menu is located.
As far as the functions of these menus in Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer are concerned, all the menus are incorporated with various web-browsing commands. The commands of these menus are activated with various keyboard shortcuts. These keyboard shortcuts are located with commands in these web-browsing menus.
It is very important for the web user how to activate these menus while accessing the internet. The windows of the both web browsers like Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer is designed with some proper commands and some shortcut commands to open all these menus while accessing the internet. There are some primary activating instructions regarding the menus of Firefox and IE, which are mentioned below.
File menu in Firefox and IE: The proper or regular way to activate the File menu in Firefox and IE is to just click on the File menu and pop-up File menu will appear below the File menu consisting of various web-browsing friendly commands with its shortcuts.
In Mozilla Firefox and IE, the F alphabet of the File menu is underlined. Actually, this is the shortcut command to activate this menu. By selecting the File menu by pressing Alt or F10, the File menu is highlighted with underline F alphabet. After performing this task, the user has just press F and File pop-up menu activate or display on the system.
The main purpose of this shortcut commands in File menu is to facilitate the Firefox and IE users with time saving and less critical web browsing commands in the Menu bar.
