Sub-menus in the File menu of Mozilla Firefox
Underlined shortcuts of File in Firefox: To activate the File menu in the Mozilla Firefox, a user normally clicks on the File menu. In Mozilla Firefox, F of File is underlined, which denotes that by pressing only the F, a user can go through the File Menu. However, before pressing this F, firstly select the File icon by pressing Alt key.
The other sub-menus of the File menu are also facilitated with this underlined function. For instance, after entering in the File menu, if the user wants to enter in the New Window option, then press only N and activate that menu.
Secondly, in the option like New Tab, T is underlined. It means that the user has to click only T to activate this option. In the option like Open Location, L is underlined, which tells the user to press only L to activate this option.
In addition, a Firefox user can activate every remaining sub-menu of File by pressing the alphabet, which is underlined in the options. So to activate the Open File option, press only O, for closing the Firefox Window press only C. If the user wants to save the web page, then he can press only S. Also for sending the link, just press E.
The options like Page Set up, Print Pre-View, Print, Import, Work offline and Exit can be activated by the Firefox user by pressing the alphabets like U, V, P, I, W and X respectively. However, these underlined shortcuts can activate only when the user firstly opens the File menu.
Sending a Link: By accessing the internet through web browser like Mozilla Firefox, a user can send the web browsing links to his other users. He can send this web links of any website, its URLs, web pages by using the option like Send Link.
When the user sends a link by clicking on the Send Link, the Firefox window displays on the screen in which the user has to maintain the E-mail ID of the receiver of that links. In the message box, he can paste the particular link and send it to another user.
Another sub-menu in the File menu of the Mozilla Firefox is Page Setup. After clicking on this sub-menu, a page setup dialog box displays on the screen. This dialog box is included with format and options, margins and header or footer. The format option is included with orientation and scale. The orientation is included with portrait and landscape option.
By using the option like Print Pre-view, a user can get prints of every kind of web pages, images, wallpapers and many more. The Print option is used to take prints of several kinds of web pages, images, wallpapers. By activating the Print option with pressing the shortcut key like Ctrl+P, a user can get the prints of the web pages according to his use.
The Import is another sub-menu that is located in the File menu and it is mainly used to import various settings and data from web browser like Internet Explorer. When a user click on the Import, the Import Wizard dialog box displays on the screen. This sub-menu is used in Mozilla Firefox to import the bookmarks, history, options and passwords and other web browsing data from Internet Explorer. There is a list available in the importing list, which contains importing items like internet options, cookies, browsing history, saved passwords and favorites.
The final File command like Exit, is located on the lower corner. The main function of this option is to close the all web browsing application in the Firefox Windows.
