Standard editing options in Edit menu of Mozilla Firefox

After selecting the Edit menu through Alt key, the Firefox user can just click on the alphabets, which are underlined in the command like Cut, Copy, Paste and Delete. For instance, by pressing T, we can activate the Cut option. By pressing C and P, we can activate the commands like Copy and Paste. In addition, D is used for activation of Delete command.

In the third part of the Edit menu, the Select All command is located which is used every part of the web age. It involves selection of text document, images, wallpapers, links, URLs, blogs and many more. By pressing the alphabet like A, the Firefox user can select the whole page of any website. However, it can be possible after selecting the Edit menu. Also by using the shortcut key like Ctrl+A, a Firefox user can select the whole page of any particular site.

The Edit menu of the Firefox window is categorized in four parts vertically. In the first part, the sub-menus like Undo and Redo are included. In the second part, the regular standard commands like Cut, Copy, Paste and Delete are included. In the third part of the menu, the very important option like Select All is located and in the last part, sub-menus like Find in this page, Find Again is seen.

Undo with Ctrl+Z: The first sub-menu of the Edit menu in the Mozilla Window is the Undo menu. This menu can activate by pressing the shortcut key like Ctrl+Z. The main function of this menu is to remove the latest changes, which the user does not want. Therefore, by using the Undo option, the user can cancel the actions made by him regarding data of the web pages.

If the user is making any irrelevant changes in the web pages, while accessing the internet, by using this option Undo, he can sort out those changes immediately. However, after saving these changes also, we can cancel these changes through Undo option.

In the File menu, U of the Undo option is underlined. If the user wants to activate this option, then he can press just U for that. Firstly, he has to activate the Edit menu by pressing the Alt key.

Redo with Ctrl+Y: After undoing the changes of the web pages, if the user wants to implement the changes to any web page data; then he can use the option like Redo. This option is also incorporated with shortcut key like Ctrl+Y. Therefore, by pressing this key or selecting the Redo option directly, one can activate this option in Mozilla Firefox. By pressing only R, the user can also select the option from the Edit menu.

If some modifications related to the web pages data are being cancelled by the Firefox user accidentally, then by pressing Ctrl+Y, the user can make these accessing of web data changes again. Therefore, that really helps to save the web page modifications for a future use.

Regular editing commands: these commands like Cut, Copy, Paste and Delete are used in the Edit menu of Mozilla Firefox. These commands are also seen in the web browser like Internet Explorer. These commands can be activated in many ways.

By clicking on these options, the Firefox user can activate these commands for web browsing. Also by using the keyboard shortcut keys, it can be used to edit the web pages. In Edit menu, by pressing the Ctrl+C, the user can utilize the Copy command. By pressing, Ctrl+V, the user can activate the Paste command. The shortcut keys like Ctrl+X and Del are used to select and operate the command like Cut and Delete.
