Navigation of web pages in Firefox
The main objective of the web browser like Mozilla Firefox is to provide the web-browsing platform for the net users for visiting, accessing various types of web pages and surfing the websites for accessing the information from various inbuilt search engines.
The web browsing process of the Mozilla Firefox is carried out through important web browsing activities like navigation of the web pages, searching process by taking use of search engines, regular functions like copying, saving and printing of the web pages and the enhancing the speed and efficiency of the web browsing.
Display of the home pages: This displaying activity of the home pages is considered as the first step in the navigation of the web pages. Also by clicking on the location bar, the user can chose the URL which is already existing.
When the user type any URL address of any web page, it get automatically replaces the previous text in that location bar. After typing the particular URL in the location bar, the user now press ‘Enter’ key for getting connected with such web page through internet. If the user want to frequent accessing of internet, then type the shortcut key like Ctrl +L. for selecting the URL quickly in the location bar.
Also if the user do not know the exact URL of any web page which he wants to access, then in Firefox he can type something specific to that web page like name in location bar and press Enter. So this search provides the user with latest results in Google of such website.
Click on a link: While accessing the internet through Firefox, sometimes the user has to get acquaint with various links which is used for getting connected with the next stage page of such website.
For such kind of situation, firstly the user should wait for the mouse having a pointing touch. So that situation comes every time the pointer lies over a link. In these links most of the links contain the text which is underlined. Also we can see buttons, pictures in the form of links while accessing the internet.
When the user clicks on the links, the status messages display at the lower side of the window of the Mozilla Firefox. All such things happen when the process of locating the link’s page goes on.
