Location and activation of View menu in Mozilla Firefox

The Mozilla Firefox user activates the View menu either by selecting it from the menu bar or by pressing the V alphabet of the keyboard. However, before pressing this V alphabet, he has to select the View menu by pressing the Alt key.

In the first part of the View menu, we can see the sub-menus like Toolbar, Status bar and Side bar. In the second part, we can see the sub-menus like Stop and Reload option. In the web browser like Internet Explorer, we can see the Refresh option instead of Reload.

In the third part of the View menu, the sub-menus like Text size, Page size and Character encoding are located. In the last and fourth part of the View menu in Mozilla Firefox, the Page Source and the Full Screen are the sub-menus, which are generally seen.

As far as the activation of these sub-menus is concerned, every menu can activate by going through the View menu or by using the keyboard shortcut keys. For instance, The Reload option is used by pressing the shortcut key like Ctrl+R. By pressing the command like Ctrl+U or F11, a Firefox user can activate the sub-menus like Page source and Full Screen.

Apart from this keyboard shortcut keys, the user can use short cut methods to select these sub-menus in the View menu of Mozilla Firefox. By using the underlined alphabet of these sub-menus, a user can activate these sub-menus, too.

The Firefox user can press T key to select the Toolbars option of the View menu. The user can also press B to activate the status bar of the View menu. To activate the sidebar in View menu, the user has to press E alphabet after selecting the View menu. For the sub-menus like Stop and Reload, the user has to press the S and R alphabet key to activate these options.

The Firefox user can activate the sub-menu like Text Size, by pressing the Z on the keyboard. He can activate the sub-menus like Page Style and Character Encoding by pressing Y and C on the keyboard. By pressing the O and F alphabet on the keyboard, the Mozilla Firefox user can activate the sub-menus like Page Source and Full Screen.

After activating all sub-menus of View menu, it is also important to know what its status is and function in the web browser like Mozilla Firefox. In View, menu of the Mozilla Firefox, two types of toolbars are present. These toolbars are navigation toolbar and Bookmarks Toolbars.

In Mozilla Firefox, we can see the navigation toolbars below the Menu bar. If we do not select the navigation toolbar in the View menu, then it disappears from the Toolbar. Normally, in the Firefox window, we can see the navigation toolbars like Go Back one page, Go Forward one page, Reload current page, Stop loading of the current page and many more. In Mozilla Firefox, the bookmarks toolbars are located below the Toolbar.

The Firefox user has to select the status bar in the View menu of the Mozilla Firefox. The status bar is used to show the status of the site, its URLs and various links. When Firefox complete the search of any website, then by displaying Done symbol, the user knows that its web searching has been completed. In the View menu, Sidebar option is activated at the left corner of the web page in the Mozilla Firefox.
