I am comfortable with the previous version of Mozilla Firefox. Why should I update??
Have you ever wondered why it is essential for any and every user of Mozilla Firefox to insist on the latest version? If I may be permitted to speak the truth, there are times when I prefer the older version of Mozilla Firefox over the new versions. One of the biggest problems with the new release of any software application is that just when you are becoming comfortable with the old version, you are forced to uninstall the same and install the latest version.
In case of a revolutionary software application like Mozilla Firefox, I have seen many users simply refusing to install the latest version and preferring to continue with the previous version. However, one of the biggest problems in refusing to install the latest version of Mozilla Firefox is that you will not enjoy the support of Mozilla Foundation. When I talk of support, I am not talking of any physical of financial support.
If you are using Mozilla Firefox, you will often find the need to inform Mozilla Foundation of various problems that arise in the web browsing software application. Further, you will find the various updates that are frequently offered by Mozilla Foundation to be very useful in enhancing the utility of your web browsing software application.
The saddest thing is that as Mozilla Foundation goes on releasing more and more versions of Mozilla Firefox, it will stop offering support and updates for its previous versions. Hence, if you are still using Mozilla Firefox 0.8, the chances are very high Mozilla Foundation would have stopped offering any advice, assistance or updates for this particular release.
Hence, if I may be permitted to give a tip to all users of Mozilla Firefox, I would advise you to remain up to date at all times. Never find yourself out of the loop due to the fact that you have not updated your web browsing software application to the latest version.
