However, Mozilla Firefox offers you the advantage of having two Mozilla Firefox web browsers on the same computer- the old and the new version so that you can get adjusted to the new version without compromising on your work. Once the process of getting adjusted to the new version is complete, you can uninstall the old version and start using the new version of Mozilla Firefox
All you have to do is to opt for ‘Custom installation’ when upgrading Mozilla Firefox and install the updated version to a uniquely named ‘Program Files’. This does the trick and you can enjoy two Firefox browsers in a single computer. The best part is that the two versions operate independently of each other. This reduces the risk of overlapping of essential system files. If you want, you can always import bookmarks from the previous version into the new version so that you can surf your favorite web sites using the latest version of Mozilla Firefox. Always remember to uninstall the previous version once you feel comfortable in using the latest version of Mozilla Firefox.
