Difference between File commands of Firefox and IE
Activation of Help menu in Firefox and Internet Explorer: Likewise, the other menu, the Help menu is also activated in two ways. By using the proper commands like directly clicking on the Help menu, one can activate the Help menu in both browsers.
After clicking the Help menu in Firefox, the Help pop-up menu appears on the screen, which is incorporated with Help option like Help contents, For Internet Users, Release Notes, Report Web Forgery and option like About Mozilla Firefox.

File menu in Firefox and IE: The File menu in the Mozilla Firefox is categorized into five sections, while in IE, categorized into four sections. The first section of the Firefox File menu consists of commands like New Window, New Tab, Open File, Open Location and Close command. While in IE, the regular Microsoft word File commands like New, Open, Edit, Save, Save As and Close commands are situated.
Commands with shortcuts: all these File menu commands are also incorporated with shortcut command, which makes the activation of these commands very simple, quick and less time-consuming. Likewise, the menus on the Menu bar, these commands can also activate by pressing a single highlighted alphabet. All these shortcuts related to commands are mentioned below.
New Window: this is the first command of the File menu of Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. this command is incorporated with shortcut command like Ctrl+N, which is found within the File menu of Firefox and IE. However, in IE, after clicking on the New command, the user is facilitated with web browsing options like Message, Post, Contact and Internet call, which is the additional convenience for IE users.
New Tab with shortcuts: In Mozilla Firefox, as compare to IE, the user is facilitated with File command like Open Tab, which is also used to activate and open new window containing new web page in Firefox window. Therefore, this is the additional feature as compare To IE.
Identical functional File commands in Firefox and IE: Some commands of File menu in Firefox and IE are identical in its web browsing functions. The File command like Open Location in Mozilla Firefox and Open command in IE are used to connect with system hard disk drives while browsing the internet. These two commands are also incorporated with shortcuts commands like Ctrl+O for Open and Ctrl+N for Open Location.
IE File menu has command like Close used to turn off whole web browsing process. On other side, in Mozilla Firefox, File command like Close is used to turn off only the Firefox window containing the web page, but it does not close the whole web browsing application.
