A facelift for the Firefox 2.0 Beta

Firefox is all set to shed its old skin and come in a new "avatar". The Firefox 2.0 Beta is coming up in a revamped look. Although for a firefox newbie this might not be a dramatic change, the experienced firefox user can easily detect these changes.

Mozilla developers claim that FF 2 Beta will have a new default theme and cool icons. This could be a step taken to natch MS Vista application. Another important aspect of this change is "usability". The tabs on the new version will clearly demarcate the operations, identify selected options, etc. In earlier versions, if there were multiple tabs then they would overflow the screen width making it a bit difficult in handling things but not anymore! The scroller has been improved and a pulldown is provided to take care of the overflow tabs.

This version is set for mid September release. Get your copy today. Download the Firefox browser now.
