File command with its shortcuts in Firefox
In the File menu of the Mozilla Firefox, we can see the options like New Window, New Tab, New Location, Open File , Close window, Close Tab, etc. these options are incorporated with respective commands like Ctrl + N, Ctrl + T, Ctrl + L, Ctrl+O, Ctrl+shift+W and Ctrl+W.
Open File with Ctrl+ O: This command in the File menu of the Mozilla Firefox is used to open the various files, which are located on the various drives of the system. Actually, either the user has to click on the Open File command or the keyboard shortcut like Ctrl+ O. While accessing the web browser, this command is used by the user for various applications. These applications or advantages that are used while accessing the internet are mentioned below.
Firstly, while accessing the internet, by using this command, the user can navigate on any drive of the system. He can save copy, paste the internet downloading data on this drives, and see it whenever he requires it. Also by using the editing commands like Copy, paste, cut and delete, he can make some editing modifications in that files which are saved on the various locations of Mozilla Firefox.
Close Window -Ctrl+ Shift +W: This command is also located in the File menu of the Mozilla Firefox, which is located on the Menu bar of the Mozilla Firefox. The Close Window command is incorporated with the shortcut command called as Ctrl+ Shift + W. Therefore, we can select either command by clicking on the File menu or pressing shortcut key.
While accessing the internet through Mozilla Firefox, if the user wants to close the Firefox window, then this is an appropriate command to close the window. When the user clicks on this command, the dialog box appears on the screen. This dialog box shows that the current numbers of the Firefox windows that are currently opened using the tabs.
The Tab command like Open Tab and Close Tab are identical to this Open Window and Close Window command. After displaying the Confirm close dialog box on the screen, the Firefox users has two options like Close Tabs or Cancel. If the user wants to quit from the Firefox window, then he can select, Close Tabs command, otherwise, he can cancel the quitting from Firefox window.
Close Tab- Ctrl + W: In the File menu of the Mozilla Firefox window, this command is located. The main objective of this command is to close the various web browsing windows, which are mentioned in the Firefox. While opening the plenty of windows, these windows are closed serially.
Save Page As- Ctrl + S: This is the commonly used command in the both web browsers like Mozilla Firefox and internet explorer. This command is also located in the File menu of the Mozilla Firefox. It is incorporated with shortcut key like Ctrl+S. by using this command, the user can save any web page, web document, URLs of the web sites, various links, images, wallpapers and many more.
This command is mainly useful in the downloading process on the internet. We can save our downloading documents through this command. In addition, if we want to see our accessed data from the internet, then it is the appropriate command. By using this command, we can keep our surfed web documents for our future use.
It is very important for the Firefox net user to save his web document by pressing Ctrl+S. It really saves your data in case of sudden loss of electricity.
