The Firefox community embodies the trust that end users have placed on each other!!

The Firefox community is yet another instance of the commitment of the developers of the Firefox web browsing software application towards the requirements of the end users. The Firefox community is not the first instance of the end users of an open source software application having the advantage of an online community to discuss matters and to share their views. However, any individual who is introduced to the World Wide Web for the first time will get the feeling that the Firefox community was the first ever community for end users of a particular software application. The end users of the Firefox web browsing software application have made very intelligent use of the Firefox community. Today, any and every end user, irrespective of whether he is a new end user or whether he is a veteran end user, makes a lot of use of the Firefox community.

Today, it would be very difficult to find an end user of the Firefox web browsing software application and who has Never used the Firefox community, Never visited the Firefox community, Has not heard of the Firefox community and sees no reason why he or she should be visiting or using the Firefox community.

I do not say that each and every end user of the Firefox web browsing software application ought to visit the Firefox community. However, I am merely pointing out that such a community of end users is present to solve all the problems of new end users. When one becomes an end user of the Firefox web browsing software application, one does not to merely make use of the web browsing software application. Rather, one enters into a relationship with the Firefox web browser and all other end users. The relationship formed by the end users of the Firefox web browsing software application with other end users is a relationship based on trust.

The Firefox web browsing software application is an open source of browser. The Firefox extension feature is popular simply because there are a large number of end users who are making Firefox extensions and are offering the same for the average and ordinary end users of the Firefox web browsing software application. Whether it be modifying the Firefox web browsing software application by making use of its open source characteristics or modifying the functionality of the Firefox web browsing software application by installing Firefox extensions, any and every end user trusts the person suggesting the changes in the source code and the maker of the Firefox extension. There are no commercial or market transactions involved.

There is no question of any other interest being involved. The only factor that governs the actions of the end user of the Firefox web browsing software application within the Firefox community is the welfare of the Firefox community and the betterment of the Firefox web browsing software application. The end users come together and teach each other newer and better ways of making use of the Firefox web browser. End users come together and discuss and find newer solutions to the problems faced by the end users. It would not be incorrect to say that the Firefox community comes very close to completely rendering the developers of the Firefox web browsing software application obsolete. The knowledge of the end users of the Firefox community would be more than the knowledge of the developers of the Firefox web browsing software application about their own product.

The funny thing is that the developers of the Firefox web browser would be the first ones to acknowledge the fact that there are some end users of the Firefox web browser who would know more about Mozilla Firefox than they do.
