Make use of the mail notifier Firefox extensions to make your life a lot easier!!!

If you are a person who makes use of the internet and the web browsing software application to receive and send e-mails, then the various Firefox extensions available on the internet today will help you a lot.

For starters, there is the Gmail Notifier Firefox extension and the Yahoo Mail Notifier Firefox extension available for all the end users of the Firefox web browsing software application. As the very name of the extension suggests, this Firefox extension informs the end user of the Firefox web browsing software application whether he or she has received any new mail in the Gmail account or in the Yahoo mail account. All you have to do is feed in the username and the password into the Firefox extension and the extension will check your account on a regular basis to determine whether you have received any new mails are not. The Firefox web browsing software application enables the end user to specify the number of accounts that he or she wants checked. There are some earlier versions of these Firefox extensions that enabled the end user to check just one account at a time. The problem that the end user faced was that the end user had to manually key in the username and password into the Firefox extension to check for mails.

Needless to say, such an exercise did not make any sense whatsoever. Rather than repeatedly typing the username and the password into the Firefox extension, one might as well visit the webpage and do the same there. The latest version of the Firefox extension enables the end user to check and keep track of multiple mail accounts at the same point of time. All the end user has to do is type the user names and passwords of all mail accounts that he or she wants to keep track of and the Firefox extension will keep track of the same. The Firefox extension can be instructed to inform the end user about the total number of mails that has been received by the individual. Further, the end user can also instruct the Firefox extension to give a preview of the mails that the individual has received.

That is to say, when the Firefox extension notices that the account has received an e-mail, the subject and the first line of the email will be displayed at the bottom right hand side of the screen. This feature ensures that the end user saves a lot of time that otherwise would have been wasted in reading useless mails. If you are waiting for a particular mail, then there is no need to repeatedly check the mail account to determine whether you have received the mail or not. All you have to do is install this Firefox extension and not only will you be informed whether you have received any mail or not but you will also be informed whether you have received the mail that you had been waiting for. The Firefox extension can be instructed to ignore all mails that are deposited into the spam folder of each e-mail account.

I found that this Firefox extension is a very helpful in keeping track of all the mails that I received. Since I have a large number of accounts with Gmail, I found it very difficult to keep track of all the accounts at the same point of time. However, with the Gmail Notifier Firefox extension around, I find that checking and keeping track of the mail accounts is no longer a problem. All I need to do is instruct the Firefox extension to check the mail accounts on a regular basis and the job is done.
