Check out the Gmail manager Firefox extension!! Manage multiple accounts with ease!!

Recently, I came across a Firefox extension that could be used by the end user of the Firefox web browsing software application to manage multiple Gmail accounts. Of course, Firefox extensions that enabled the end user to manage multiple Gmail accounts are nothing new. There are many Firefox extensions available on the internet today that provide this facility and incorporate this feature into the Firefox web browsing software application. The existing Firefox extensions are very useful if the end user of the Firefox web browsing software application has only one Gmail account. However, in the event the end user of the Firefox web browsing software application desires to access more than one Gmail account using the Firefox web browsing software application, then the existing Firefox extensions are not of any help.

The Gmail service does not allow the end user to log into multiple mail accounts at the same point of time. That is to say, if an individual has three Gmail accounts and if he wants to check whether any Gmail account has received a new mail or not, he or she has to log into the first mail account, check for new mail and a log out of the Gmail account. This process has to be repeated with the second and the third Gmail account. Needless to say, the process of checking whether the Gmail account has new mails or not can become very cumbersome.

The Firefox extensions that were available to the end users were useful in the event the end user had only one mail account. However, in the case of multiple Gmail accounts, the end user was required to manually instruct the Firefox extension to switch from one Gmail account to another. This process was no different than logging into each and every Gmail account on the Gmail web site.

To overcome this problem and to enable the end user of the Firefox web browsing software application who wanted to check multiple Gmail accounts at the same point of time, the Gmail Manager Firefox extension was offered to the end users. The Gmail Manager Firefox extension enables the end user to log into multiple mail accounts at the same point of time to determine whether any Gmail account has new mail or not. If a Gmail account has new mail, the number of mails is shown on the status bar of the Firefox web browsing software application. The end user has the option of the choosing whether the Gmail Manager Firefox extension will show snippets of the mail received or not. The facility of showing snippets of the mails received is a very useful one if the end user happens to receive lot of spam and unnecessary mails. Rather than logging to the account and checking the mail personally, the end user can, at a glance, determine whether the mails present in the Gmail account are worth reading or not.

This Firefox extension is obviously the time saving Firefox extension. The process of logging into Gmail accounts is completely automated and all that the end user of the Firefox web browsing software application has to do is to look at the snippets to determine whether he or she wants to devote time to the task of reading the mail or not. The Firefox web browsing software application is the only web browser that offers such a facility. Other web browsing software applications cannot catch up with the user friendliness of the Firefox web browser even if they keep trying for years together. The funny part is that this is just version 2.0 of the Firefox web browser. It remains to be seen how versatile the Firefox web browser will be it reaches version 6.0 or version 7.0
