At rest a baby, Phoenix was like a baby browser, there was very much in this browser to give which are download manager which did not exist in the browser like Internet Explorer.

If we glance towards the options. Phoenix 0.1 had slight alternatives for the user if we compare to newer builds. This preliminary build did not include a Google search engine which we see on the toolbar; also it did not have a popup blocker and tabbed browsing. There are definite shortcut features which are writing the URL then pressing Ctrl + Enter without human intervention .also we can not enter the .COM part of the URL which was not seen in Phoenix 0.1.

This net browser did not consist of a sidebar, which was implemented in the in the following release of the Mozilla organization.
